MPs pass changes to boost banks' resilience to crisis

Ljubljana, 20 November - The National Assembly backed on Wednesday changes to the Resolution and Compulsory Winding-Up of Banks Act that incorporate EU legal changes requiring banks to hold sufficient capital and eligible liabilities to cover losses in financial distress. The bank resolution fund will be restructured as well.
