Minister Kumer hopeful about pending draft conclusions at COP29

Baku, 20 November - Expectations are rising at COP29, with growing hopes for progress on climate financing, Environment, Climate, and Energy Minister Bojan Kumer told reporters in Baku on Wednesday. However, he noted that the most significant disagreements remain over the scale of financial commitments and the priorities to be addressed.
