Delo: Circus in the Kremlin

After two rejections of Sergey Kiriyenko, who is still ready to take over the role of the prime minister despite all the complications going on behind the scenes, the state duma as well as Boris Jelcin have been driven to the wall. If the duma refuses the premier-designate for the third time, Jelcin has to dissolve it. The interesting thing is that nobody wishes it too much.
