MPs vote against prison sentences for minors
Ljubljana, 22 November - The opposition New Slovenia's (NSi) proposal to change the criminal code to introduce prison sentences for minors found guilty of serious crimes was voted down 49 to 21 on Friday. The opposition voted for the bill while the coalition voted against, arguing that putting teenagers to prison is the worst possible solution.
