Dnevnik says govt using network charge to score cheap points

Ljubljana, 25 November - Dnevnik says in Monday's commentary that the government is taking advantage of the dilemmas surrounding the new electricity network charge system to score political points and is doing cheap PR on Instagram as its ratings have plummeted.
