Interior Ministry Investigates Credibility of Document about Alleged Debt of Slovenia to Liberia

The Slovene Interior Ministry is examining the credibility of a document, the so called Letter of Protocol which would stipulate an out of court settlement of an alleged debt of Slovenia to Liberia of US$ 9 million for a shipment of gas masks in 1991.
