If the government and parliament were consistent in observing a four-year old ruling of the Constitutional Court according to which all municipalities should be harmonized with the constitution and legislation, the Constitutional Court could not have ordered additional referendums to create new municipalities, Delo comments on Wednesday on the Court's ruling made public yesterday. According to the ruling, the National Assembly should call similar inquiry referendums for additional 20 new municipalities.
