Arhar Cautions Against Rising Costs and Loan-Taking

The Slovene central bank's key objective is to preserve stability of the national currency. An important achievement also will be to keep inflation at the planned level. The central bank has reconciled itself to the budget deficit but wonders where such loan-taking would stop, Bank of Slovenia Governor France Arhar said in his address to the 1998 Kapital finance trade show.
