Fishermen to get EUR 150,000 for loss of income over border dispute

Ljubljana, 2 December - The Minister of Agriculture said on Monday it had approved a total of just over EUR 152,800 to compensate Slovenian fishermen for loss of income in 2023, as they are unable to fish in waters that an international tribunal assigned to Slovenia in a border arbitration decision while Croatia refuses to recognise.
