Audit finds only one potentially dodgy open call at DARS

Ljubljana, 3 December - An audit looking into procurement procedures of the national motorway company DARS has found that in most cases everything was in line with the law. Some recommendations have been issued, which DARS intends to heed, and in one case the company could be suspected of having deliberately tailored an open call to a particular bidder.
