Maribor, 3 December - President Nataša Pirc Musar has helped secure permanent residence for an ill homeless man who was left without papers over three decades ago when Slovenia erased thousands of citizens from the former Yugoslavia from its permanent residence registry, pledging on Tuesday she will do this again unless a systemic solution is found.
