Human Rights Ombudsman says systemic issues persist
Ljubljana, 5 December - Three decades after its founding, the Human Rights Ombudsman's Office says expectations of progress have been thwarted by persistent systemic problems. Maladministration remains a critical concern, Ombudsman Peter Svetina told the STA.
