Parliament honours volunteers as Red Cross warns about humanitarian risks

Ljubljana, 5 December - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, honoured the most deserving volunteers and civil society organisations on International Volunteer Day on Thursday. The Red Cross meanwhile issued a statement warning about risks facing humanitarian personnel, including volunteers.
