Future Belongs to Small Businesses

Bled, 23 April - CONFERENCE/BLED/SMALL/BUSINESS
A two-day international conference "Economic Transition Policies in the Central and Eastern European Countries: Encouraging Prosperity through SME-Policy", dealing with the role of small businesses, started at Bled, northwestern Slovenia, on Thursday. Organized by the Chamber of Economy and the European association of crafts and small and medium enterprises UEAPME under sponsorship of the European Commission, the conference is attended by European Union representatives, Slovene government officials and small business representatives from 11 countries.
