Document on Ratification of Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime presented to Tarschys

Ambassador in Slovenia's permanent mission to the Council of Europe, Magdalena Tovornik presented to CoE Secretary General Daniel Tarschys a document on the ratification of the Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime. Tovornik also delivered a note by which Slovenia conveyed the statement regarding the Convention, the Foreign Ministry reported. The Convention will take effect in Slovenia on 1 August 1998.
