Casino Portorož Expanding Revenues

Ljubljana, 23 April - CASINO/PORTOROŽ/RESULTS
Casino Portorož increased its foreign exchange turnover by 4.2 percent in 1997 according to the 1997 audited business report, while gross tolar revenues went up by 11.4 percent. Favourable trends continued in 1998 although the government, as a majority shareholder in all Slovene casinos, is yet to decide new frameworks for casino operations and their actual development potentials.
