Court agrees with watchdog over Magyar's dual-office incompatibility

Ljubljana/Lendava, 10 December - The Administrative Court has endorsed the position of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (KPK) that the two offices held by Janez Magyar, mayor of Lendava and councillor of a minority organisation, are incompatible. Magyar, who must now remedy the situation as the ruling is final, has requested the case to be reviewed.
