Fajon offers arguments against and in favour of ICC immunity for Netanyahu
Ljubljana, 11 December - While repeating Slovenia, as a signatory to the Rome Statute of the ICC, is obligated to cooperate with the court and respect its decisions, Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon presented on Wednesday conflicting arguments as to why immunity could or could not apply in the case of the ICC arrest warrant for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu.
