Ljubljana, 12 December - The government appears to have backtracked on a proposed ban on dual practice for doctors working in public healthcare amidst warnings by healthcare professionals that a complete ban would break public healthcare, with the latest draft of the new Health Services Act making allowance for the practice, although not to such an extent as now.
