New president of top court underscores need to reduce caseload
Ljubljana, 16 December - Judge Rok Čeferin, who is taking over as new president of the Constitutional Court on Monday, sees reducing backlogs as one of the biggest challenges. Those who block constitutional amendments aimed at alleviating the court's caseload harm society as a whole, he told the STA in an interview.
