Prison for drug trafficking ringleader upheld, two acquitted

Ljubljana, 18 December - The Ljubljana Higher Court has decided on the appeals on the first-instance rulings against a group that trafficked illicit drugs between 2017 and 2020, making an aggregate sentence of 13 years and a half for the ringleader Aleš Zupančič final, while acquitting two defendants. Many of the other sentences were upheld.
