Proposal transposing EU crypto regulation goes to parliament
Ljubljana, 18 December - The government finalised on Wednesday amendments to the law on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing which incorporate the EU regulation on markets in crypto-assets into the country's legislation. The regulation establishes cooperation between the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) and Slovenia's anti-money laundering office.
