Slovenia ordered to pay damages in child custody case

Strasbourg/Ljubljana, 19 December - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has ruled that prohibiting contact between three children and their mother in a Slovenian custody and contact rights case in 2018 was unjustified. Slovenia must pay a total of EUR 36,500 in damages to the mother and children.
