Ljubljana, 28 April - Under the EU enlargement scenario the screening of common legislation to be enforced by membership applicants on admission may be over this fall or by the end of this year at the latest, with actual negotiations with the six applicants starting immediately after. But the onset of negotiations is gradually retreating further into the future, daily Delo writes on Monday.
