Večer says Milanović turned presidential post upside down

Ljubljana, 13 January - The newspaper Večer comments on Monday on the re-election of Zoran Milanović as the president of Croatia, saying that the country is in for at least a few more years of cohabitation between the government headed by the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) and Milanović, who has turned the post of the president upside down.
