Delo says referendum is voter activation by SDS

Ljubljana, 21 March - The upcoming referendum about special pension allowance for deserving artists is a voter base mobilisation campaign by the Democratic Party (SDS) ahead of the general election next year, Delo says in Friday's front-page commentary. It will also show how much the three coalition parties still function as partners.
