In the final tally, they defeated the Austrian pairing of Stefan Kraft and Manuel Fettner by 4.1 points. Japan's Ren Nikaido and Ryoyu Kobayashi finished third, 10.9 points behind the winners.
In what was the seventh doubles event in the history of ski jumping, Lanišek notched up his second podium in two days after he won Saturday's event on the large hill for his first win of the season.
Next weekend the World Cup will wrap up in Slovenia's Planica with two individual events and one team event.
