Ljubljana, 27 March - The National Assembly debated on Thursday changes to the Health Services Act, a key piece of health reform that is designed to strictly delineate public from private healthcare. The opposition has been against the government-sponsored bill from the start, but it was non-profit status for concessionaires that somewhat heated the debate.
