Committee gives green light to amended medical devices act

Ljubljana, 2 April - The parliamentary Health Committee endorsed in a 10:1 vote amendments to the Medical Devices Act which require distributors and suppliers to ensure the quality of medical equipment and compliance with EU regulations. The committee also backed several additional amendments proposed by the coalition.
