Krka Opened a Subsidiary in Albania

Novo mesto-based pharmaceutic company Krka opened its subsidiary in the Albanian capital Tirana in June. Representatives of Krka wrote in their publication Utrip that the Albanian medicine market is very undeveloped, which offers many possibilities to Krka. According to the company, Krka's aim is to reach a 8 to 10-percent share on this market in two to three years. They forecast sales of US$ 1.1 million on the Albanian market this year.
