Slovenia Extends Two Agreements Signed with European Patent Office

Ljubljana, 3 July - PATENTS/AGREEMENT
President of the European Patent Office Ingo Kober and Director of the Slovene Office for Intellectual Property Bojan Pretnar signed Friday a document to extend by two years two agreements the Slovene government signed five years ago with the European patent organization. Extended were a patent cooperation agreement and an extension agreement stipulating the use of European patents in Slovenia. The document-signing ceremony was attended also by Slovene Minister of Science and Technology Lojze Marincek and representatives of the patent offices of Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia and Rumania.
