Body Art Exhibition Features over 80 Artists from 14 Countries

Ljubljana, 7 July - BODY/ART/EXHIBITION/MUSEUM/MODERN/ART
An exhibition entitled 'Body and the East - from the 1960s to the Present' opened on Tuesday evening at the Ljubljana Museum of Modern Art by performances delivered by Vladimir Gotovac (Croatia) and Jusuf Hadzifejzovic (BiH). The exhibition was curated by Zdenka Badovinac (of the Museum of Modern Art), who was assisted by national curators from the Eastern European countries where over 80 artists featured at the exhibition come from (Bulgaria, BiH, Czech Republic, Croatia, FR Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Hungary, Moldova, Germany (former German Democratic Republic), Poland, Rumania, Russia and Slovenia). The exhibition will be on view until 27 September.
