Port of Koper Shareholders to Hold General Meeting on Friday

Opinions of the Port of Koper management and the government remain divided over two issues only a day ahead of a general meeting which shareholders of the Port of Koper will hold on Friday; as a result, the general meeting is unlikely to discuss the regular reduction of the share capital and changes to the Port of Koper statute. While the management passed opposing proposals regarding the share capital and statute, it disagreed with the government's proposal on how to divide profits.
