Ljubljana, 10 July - Twenty-seven years after Tito reached what was then an important diplomatic success - after the Belgrade protocol and the establishment of diplomatic relations Yugoslavia had been the only country of the so-called socialist bloc to maintain reasonably settled relations with the Holy See - the situation seems to be reversed: almost all those countries, from Croatia to Poland are making agreements or even concordats with Vatican, while Slovenia has not moved yet from the level of 'mere' diplomatic relations, Delo points out in Friday's issue.
