Port of Koper Holds 3rd General Assembly

Koper, 10 July - PORT/KOPER/GENERAL/ASSEMBLY
Port of Koper shareholders allocated 1997 profit and unallocated profit from previous years at the third general assembly on Friday. They elected a new member of the nine-member supervisory board, and postopned deliberations on a proposal to reduce capital stock until autumn.
