A small country, Slovenia lacks essential conditions for running a nuclear power plant, and Croatia makes the situation even worse. The bill for the whole deal probably will be settled by Slovene taxpayers (from electricity prices or the budget), who had no chance to participate in deciding the plant's future, daily Dnevnik writes on Saturday.
