Delo: Technical 'Government'

Ljubljana, 14 July - Presiding over the European Union in the second part of the year has never been much appreciated because of the summer political standstill which deprives the EU presiding country of four or even five weeks of activities. Austria has been hit particularly painfully because it can only do routine work until German parliamentary elections in the end of September, writes Slovene daily Delo.
