Delo: Japan's No Confidence

Ljubljana, 14 July - If the world's second economic superpower had not coped with the worst recession after the World War II, the defeat in the elections in the upper chamber of the Japanese parliament would not be so obvious. Because of the Japan's recession the elections turned out to be a referendum in which 100 million Japanese decided for or against the economic policy of the Ryutaro Hashimoto's government, writes the Slovene daily Delo on Tuesday.
