Nova Gorica, 17 July - A 1997 memorandum on funding the PHARE programme on the cross-border cooperation between Slovenia and Italy was signed Friday by Government Office of European Affairs Deputy Chairman Rado Genorio and EU Delegation in Slovenia Deputy Head Vincent Piket.
