One Dead in Car Race

One person died as a result of an accident that happened during a car race held Sunday in Ilirska Bistrica, southwestern Slovenia, according to the national operations-communication center and Radio Slovenia. "One person was killed, but at least 17 persons were slightly or heavily injured. We do not have the exact information yet," Miro Znidarsic, an official on duty at the operations-communication center, told Radio Slovenia.
