Ljubljana, 20 July - The Rome conference, at which the foundation of an international criminal court was debated, proved the world was divided into the small who would like to be protected, and the big who refuse to be limited and will not let their solders be brought to court even though they make mistakes fighting for peace in the world, writes Delo on Monday.
