Delo: Government Sets up Drug Commission; Can it be Successful?

A decision taken by the government to set up a commission for drugs should be welcomed, even if nothing much could in fact be expected to change, Delo says on Friday. The commission will replace a committee in charge of the implementation of the national drug-abuse prevention programme, which had actually never functioned because it was denied the right to take decision at the start.
