Delo: State of Emergency? I wouldn't Say So

Ljubljana, 25 July - The finance ministry sent budgetary instructions, a manual for drafting the 1999-2000 budget, to all budget users on 20 July, Finance Minister Mitja Gaspari said in an interview for daily Delo's Saturday Supplement. The deadline for submitting proposals is 12 August. Between 12 and 28 August the finance ministry will technically process drafts and financial plans from the government ministries, while harmonizations in the government enabling budget adoption will start on 28 August.*
