Slovene Railways and Siemens AG Austria Sign Contract to Purchase 50 Waggons

Slovene Railways and Siemens AG Austria signed Wednesday a contract of SIT 538 million to purchase 50 waggons. While this has been the biggest investment in the last six years, Slovene Railways would need additional 80 to 100 waggons in the next three years, Railways Director General Marjan Rekar, who signed the contract for the Slovene side, said.
