Krka Declares SIT 450 Dividend

The third regular general meeting of the Novo Mesto pharmaceuticals prducer Krka has discussed and endorsed the 1997 annual report, agreed upon a minor change of the statute and decided to allocate part of the company's profit from previous years for dividends. On the proposal of the management the dividend amounts to SIT 450 gross (US$ 2.7).
