Petrol Share Yields Dividend of Gross 750 Slovene Tolars

Slovene oil company Petrol shareholders passed at their third annual general meeting Friday the 1997 report and confirmed a proposal on how to divide the profit made in 1997 and the undistributed profit from the previous years. Attended by 117 shareholders, holding 65.17 percent of the company's capital, the annual general meeting decided to pay out a divided of gross 750 Slovene tolars (SIT) per share.
