Ljubljana, 14 November - Foreign Minister Boris Frlec and outgoing Defence Minister Alojz Krapez will attend a two-day ministerial meeting of the Western European Union (WEU) on Monday in Rome. Slovenia has had an associate partner status in the WEU since 1996.
