A Symposium on Harmonising Slovenia's Legislation with the Acquis Communautaire

Ljubljana, 19 November - EU/SLOVENIA/LEGISLATION/SYMPOSIUM
A two-day symposium on harmonising Slovenia's legislation with that of the EU, focusing on the consequences of the Europe Agreement implementation, started in Ljubljana on Thursday. According to the Slovene constitution, the Agreement will act as an international contract and will take effect on the first day of the next month after the signing parties inform each other about the end of ratification procedures.
