Delo: Human Development Index and Social Differences

Ljubljana, 3 February - Slovenia ranges 26th among the 175 countries of the world in terms of its human development index. Clearly, this is not the result of only one decade but of a far longer past. Including the one that some are so eager to demonize beyond recognition. The good things Slovenia inherited from this past are fragile and it wold be a pity to waste them, daily Delo writes Wednesday.
