Ljubljana, 4 February - The international community seems to have made a decisive move at last. After many lengthy and completely unproductive talks, agreements with the authoritarian regime in Belgrade as well as unquestionable tolerance of the militant part of Albanian rebels and bloodshed the international community took a decisive stand: either peace is established in Kosovo or bombs are dropped on the province and the part of the Balkans which has always been the scene of conflicts comes under direct control of the international community, Delo comments in Thursday issues.
